Obtaining the CUKR Card
The CUKR card is a special residence permit for Ukrainian citizens who are staying in Poland under temporary protection and hold UKR status, provided they meet the conditions set out by law.
Switching from temporary protection status to the CUKR card is an important migration decision.
The first stage is assessing your situation.
I check whether you meet the established requirements for obtaining the CUKR card, including reviewing your history of stay in Poland, the presence and continuity of your UKR status, your documents, and other circumstances that may be relevant to the procedure.
Once I confirm that you are eligible to apply, I prepare the necessary documents.
As part of this support, I:
— check your documents and data;
— determine which additional documents need to be prepared;
— help you fill out the application;
— check that the information provided is correct;
— arrange document translations where needed;
— prepare the document package for filing;
I pay particular attention to the accuracy and consistency of the information provided, as errors or discrepancies in the documents may lead to additional requests from the migration authority.
Why it is important to assess the switch to CUKR in advance
Obtaining the CUKR card involves changing the basis of your stay in Poland. That is why it is important to look at this procedure not in isolation, but in the context of your broader situation going forward.
If you are staying in Poland under UKR status and are considering applying for the CUKR card, but are not sure whether you meet the requirements or do not know how to properly prepare the application, contact me. I will assess your situation, determine whether the CUKR procedure is right for you and what steps you need to take to go through it.

-
Consultation
I go through your situation in detail: all the facts of your case, the documents you already have, and what brought you here. As a result, you get a clear plan for the next steps.
-
Contract and Power of Attorney
If we decide to work together, we sign a power of attorney and a fixed-price contract, and a deposit is paid.

Case Handling
I handle your case personally from start to result: I gather documents, communicate with government agencies, and keep you updated at every stage.
Why me?
I help clients from more than 10 countries with legalization in Poland: Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and others. I take the time to understand your individual situation and explain the process simply, without unnecessary legal jargon.
The price is fixed once the contract is signed, and doesn't grow as the case progresses. You pay for the full agreed scope of work, with no additional charges for each individual steps of the process. If needed, payment can be split into installments.
I keep track of filing and processing deadlines, handle correspondence and negotiations with government offices, and take care of the day-to-day issues that may come up along the way. I work under a power of attorney, so all correspondence are sent directly to me rather than to you. You don't need to contact the urząd (office) yourself or worry that something might get lost- the case is under control at every stage.
