2. What data is collected and for what purpose

The following data may be collected through the website:

— Data you provide in the consultation request form: name and phone number.
— Technical data collected when visiting the site: IP address, device type and browser — recorded automatically at the hosting level.

Purposes of processing: contacting you at your request and providing a consultation, handling your case if a contract is concluded, ensuring the technical operation of the website.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR, Art. 6)

— Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — when submitting the form on the website.
— Necessity for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — if you become a client.
— Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to ensure security and the proper functioning of the website.

4. Data retention period

Data is retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes indicated in Section 2. Data from a request that did not result in a contract is deleted within a reasonable time after correspondence has concluded. Data of clients with whom a contract has been concluded is retained for as long as necessary to handle the case, as well as for periods required by law (e.g. for accounting purposes or in connection with statutory limitation periods). After these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymized.

The website’s hosting provider (Hostinger International Limited) is located within the European Union (Lithuania), i.e. within the European Economic Area (EEA) — no hosting-related data is transferred outside the EEA. Anonymized technical data collected through Google Analytics is transferred to the USA to Google LLC on the basis of Google’s participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • — object to processing;
  • — data portability;
