Individually tailored service
Every business has different needs, so I don’t offer every client the same package of services.
For one company, periodic contract preparation and consultations may be enough. Another business may need more comprehensive support, including contract work, corporate changes, unlimited consultations, and assistance with employee-related matters.
In some cases, I also arrange regular visits to the client’s office to review documentation and document management. I assess whether the company’s and employees’ documents are properly prepared, whether the necessary procedures are being followed, and which issues require additional attention.
The scope and format of support are therefore determined individually, based on the needs of each business.
Monthly retainer
Business support is provided as a monthly retainer arrangement.
Before starting the work, I identify your main tasks, agree on the scope of legal assistance needed, and shape a support format that fits your specific business.
Going forward, you get a permanent legal partner you can turn to for the company’s day-to-day matters, without having to handle each issue separately or spend time looking for a new specialist each time.

I keep track of filing and processing deadlines, handle correspondence and negotiations with government offices, and take care of the day-to-day issues that may come up along the way. I work under a power of attorney, so all correspondence are sent directly to me rather than to you. You don't need to contact the urząd (office) yourself or worry that something might get lost- the case is under control at every stage.
