Powers of Attorney and Consents in Poland
In everyday life and in running a business, the need often arises to draw up a power of attorney or consent in Poland for later use of the document either in Poland or abroad.
This can involve a power of attorney to take a child abroad, the management or sale of property, carrying out legal actions in another country, consent to privatization, and many other situations
Powers of attorney for use abroad
If a document is drawn up in Poland but will later be submitted, for example, in Ukraine, it is important to take into account Ukrainian legal requirements for its content and form.
In such cases, I additionally review the legal requirements of the relevant country.
Where needed — for example, when preparing documents for use in Ukraine — I work with a Ukrainian attorney to adapt the document drawn up in Poland as closely as possible to the requirements of the country where it will be used.
This makes it possible to account for the necessary wording in advance and reduce the risk that the document will be rejected by the relevant authority.
Full support throughout the process
I provide comprehensive support — from drafting the text of the document to its final execution.
Depending on your specific situation, I can help:
prepare the document → check the requirements of the country where it will be used → arrange translation → arrange signing before a notary → arrange an apostille or other necessary certification.
If the document is intended for use outside Poland, I determine in advance which additional formalities will be needed in your particular case.
For business and private individuals
Услуга доступна как физическим лицам, так и предпринимателям и компаниям.
If you need to draw up a power of attorney or consent in Poland but are not sure what wording should be used, whether a notary is required, or whether you need a translation or an apostille, I will determine the necessary steps and prepare the document with your intended use in mind.
You do not need to work out the document requirements yourself — I support you at every stage of the process.

I go through your situation in detail: all the facts of your case, the documents you already have, and what brought you here. As a result, you get a clear plan for the next steps.

Case Handling
I handle your case personally from start to result: I gather documents, communicate with government agencies, and keep you updated at every stage.
Why me?
I help clients from more than 10 countries with legalization in Poland: Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and others. I take the time to understand your individual situation and explain the process simply, without unnecessary legal jargon.
The price is fixed once the contract is signed, and doesn't grow as the case progresses. You pay for the full agreed scope of work, with no additional charges for each individual steps of the process. If needed, payment can be split into installments.
I keep track of filing and processing deadlines, handle correspondence and negotiations with government offices, and take care of the day-to-day issues that may come up along the way. I work under a power of attorney, so all correspondence are sent directly to me rather than to you. You don't need to contact the urząd (office) yourself or worry that something might get lost- the case is under control at every stage.
